i wrote this song while furiously pacing the hallways after a really bad day of college. i remember flipping a coin over and over again - heads, i drop out; tails, i suck it up and keep trucking on. it kept coming up tails. so i wrote these lyrics to remind myself that we are always going through phases in our lives, some will be better than others. but as long as you stay positive about where your life is going, then it's possible to make every day better than your last. spaghetti is a metaphor for the crazy garfumble of a saucey mess that life can sometimes seem like, and you just have to take it one bite at a time.
